Absolutely welcome! My classes are designed for all levels. You’ll learn foundational poses, proper breathing, and safe alignment so you can build confidence step by step.
Do I need special equipment?
All you need to start is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Blocks, straps, or bolsters are optional but helpful—I'll show easy alternatives if you don’t have them.
How much time do I need each week?
Just 10–20 minutes a day can make a noticeable difference. If you prefer longer sessions, I also offer 30–60 minute classes so you can choose what fits your schedule.
